EMPLOYMENT - FOREST WORKER

The job of brush cutter is a fixed-rate job (paid on the basis of performance) carried out in the forest. The job of a silvicultural worker involves cleaning the trees of the future, selecting the stems that interfere with their growth, and helping their development and survival.

This job is performed with a brush cutter saw and the appropriate personal protective forestry equipment.

You will also be accommodated and fed in our outstanding forest camp.

TRAINING - FOREST BRUSHCUTTER

For people interested in employment, but who have no training as a forest brush cutter, a company training program is in place at DANSOKO.

The aim of the program is to allow new silvicultural workers to find a place in this profession. It allows new brushcutters to learn the trade at their own pace and to acquire the necessary equipment to carry out rational forest deforestation.

FOREST EQUIPMENT

Forestry equipment (brush cutter, boots and work clothes) will be fully funded by the silvicultural company, and the brush cutter will have to reimburse 50% of the amount during the silvicultural work season, the other 50% being paid by the training program
